Theory and Practice is a collection of nonsense and online self-exposure by me, George White. I live in Massachusetts with my wife, our baby daughter and a pair of almost useless cats. I’m a software architect and developer for an small professional services firm, Bit Group educational publisher. I’m also a photographer and illustrator when I get the chance. I’ve got a thing for birding, but I get out so rarely that I don’t know if I can actually call it birding anymore.
I read a lot of stuff, but mostly fiction and programming/software design. I’m starting suspect the I am addicted to my MacBook’s PowerBook’s keyboard, since I can’t seem to get off the stupid, plastic-y shiny thing for more than a few minutes.
